Petara Pet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Nuzzy", "we", "us") operates the Nuzzy platform for pet parents, partner facilities, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use Nuzzy apps, websites, and APIs.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account and profile details, pet profiles, booking and purchase history, communications with support, and documents you upload for bookings or compliance. We also collect technical information needed to operate the platform, including device identifiers, app version, and usage logs.

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process bookings and payments, connect you with partner facilities, send service-related notifications, improve platform safety and reliability, comply with law, and respond to support requests.
3. How we share your information
We share information with partner facilities you choose to book or continue care with, subject to your consent in the booking flow. We use service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, messaging, and payment processing). We may share aggregate or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nuzzy, our users, and others.
4. Payment processing
When you pay online through Nuzzy, payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.). Payment card and banking details required to complete a transaction are handled by the payment processor according to its own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
We retain account, booking, and operational records for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded documents may retain up to the five most recent versions per document type where versioning applies.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or closure of your account through the Customer Portal profile settings or by contacting us. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable, subject to legal and contractual limits.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Nuzzy is intended for use by adults managing pet care. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental involvement.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the published document reflects the current version.
